Arrival in Rio de Janeiro & Check-in
Arrival at Galeão International Airport (GIG). Meet and greet with your private driver and transfer to your selected hotel. Check-in and rest of the day at leisure to explore Rio.
ARTBAT Live at MAM Rio de Janeiro
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time during the day. At the scheduled time, private transfer to MAM (Modern Art Museum) to experience ARTBAT live with your Frontstage ticket. Return private transfer to the hotel after the show.
Check-out & Departure
Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out at designated time. Private transfer from the hotel to Galeão International Airport (GIG) for your departure flight.

Operating Regulations:
- Net rates per person in US dollars according to selected room occupancy.
- Event dates are subject to change (one day prior, one day later, or postponed) by event organizers without agency liability.
- Bookings are confirmed upon full payment; 100% non-refundable package penalty applies.
- Airport transfers include 1 suitcase and 1 personal item per passenger arriving and departing together.
- For concert transfers, passengers should expect walking distances and potential stairs from vehicle drop-off to venue entrance. Reduced mobility must be reported in advance.
- Tickets may be paper, digital, or mobile app-based, delivered up to 24 hours prior to the show.
- NOW TOTAL 100 travel assistance applies to passengers aged 75 and under (passengers 76+ require a surcharge; maximum age limit 85). For cancellation coverage to apply, insurance must be issued within 72 hours of flight booking or vice versa.
