Operating Regulations:

• The date of the matches may vary, moving a day earlier, a day later, or even being postponed. Our Company is not responsible for changes made by the organizers.
• Net rates in US dollars, per person, based on the selected hotel category and occupancy. Subject to change without prior notice.
• Double-occupancy rates apply only when 2 passengers travel together.
• Travel assistance does not apply to Argentine passengers.
• Our Company is not responsible for the suspension and/or change of the event date. Bookings are confirmed upon full payment, making this a non-refundable package with a 100% penalty.
• An event rescheduling due to force majeure on the part of the organizers does not entitle the passenger to a refund of the package.
• Airport In / Out transfers, when included in the package, cover 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person. If a passenger has more luggage than indicated, they must notify us in advance so it can be arranged.
• For packages that include transfers to the event, passengers will likely need to walk long distances from the vehicle drop-off point to their final location. In some cases they will need to climb stairs. If a passenger has reduced mobility, it is essential to inform us in advance.
• Important information: this program may include costs in currencies other than the US dollar. In the event of an abrupt exchange rate fluctuation, dollar values may change accordingly.
• Ticket Conditions: Tickets may be season passes, physical tickets, electronic tickets, or tickets downloadable via a mobile app (pass wallet, etc), which requires the customer to have a phone with internet access in order to show the downloaded ticket. Our Company is not liable if customers do not have a smartphone in cases where tickets must be downloaded via the app.
• If tickets are physical, the delivery location and time at the destination will be coordinated with passengers upon arrival. If electronic, via QR code, app, or another shareable method, they will be sent in good time. In both cases, this may take place up to 24 hours before the match.
• If tickets are physical, Our Company will determine the date and location of delivery.
• The price printed on the ticket is not binding on the sale price, as management fees, shipping/delivery, and taxes are included. The customer accepts and consents to the purchase and to the impossibility of any claim regarding the price.
• We guarantee tickets in pairs, 2 by 2: they may be together in the same row, or in the row immediately in front or behind, but together.
• When requesting a booking, you must provide: full passenger details, a copy of the passport, and a contact phone number.
