Program Schedule
Arrival in Rio de Janeiro & Check-in
Arrival at Galeão International Airport (GIG), meet & greet, and regular transfer to the selected hotel. Check-in and rest of the day at leisure to explore Rio.
Rio Carnival – Special Group Parades at Sapucaí
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time during the day. In the evening, transfer from the designated meeting point to the Sambadrome Marquês de Sapucaí to experience the world-famous Special Group samba school parades. Return at the end of the show.
Day at leisure or Second Carnival Night at Sapucaí
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day to explore the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema, or attend an optional second night of parades at the Sambadrome.
Check-out & Transfer to GIG Airport
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. At the scheduled time, regular transfer to Galeão International Airport (GIG) for your departure flight.

Operating Regulations:
- Net rates in US dollars per person based on selected room base and hotel, subject to change without prior notice.
- Event dates may vary by one day earlier, one day later, or be postponed; the company is not liable for changes made by the organizers.
- Package is 100% non-refundable with a 100% penalty upon full payment confirmation. Event rescheduling due to force majeure does not qualify for refunds.
- Mandatory supplement of USD 100 per person for solo travelers.
- Airport in/out transfers include 1 standard luggage piece and 1 personal item per person. Excess baggage must be reported in advance.
- Transfers to the Sambadrome and lounges operate from pre-established meeting points, not from hotels; walking long distances and climbing stairs may be required.
- Tickets may be physical or digital via app/QR. Physical tickets will be delivered at a designated meeting point in destination up to 24 hours prior to the event.
- Tickets are guaranteed in pairs (seated side-by-side or directly in front/behind). Full passenger details, passport copies, and phone numbers are required upon booking.
- The Camarote Lounge Carioca (Sector 7) features live performances, dance floor, premium open food buffet, open bar, beauty center, spa, and air-conditioned lounge with r/t transfers from a designated meeting point.
- NOW Total 100 travel assistance covers passengers up to 75 years old inclusive (passengers 76+ must pay a surcharge; passengers over 85 are not eligible). For trip cancellation coverage up to USD 1,000, insurance must be issued within 72 hours of flight ticketing or vice versa.
- In the event of sharp currency fluctuations involving local currencies in the program, prices in USD may be adjusted accordingly.
