Operating Regulations:
- Net rates in US dollars per person according to selected occupancy. Non-refundable package with 100% penalty.
- For Argentine residents traveling within Argentina, specified VAT must be added, and the policy only covers event cancellation or rescheduling.
- NOW TOTAL 100 travel assistance covers travelers up to 75 years old inclusive. Over 76 requires a supplement (over 85 cannot be covered). For trip cancellation coverage, policy must be issued within 72 hours of flight booking.
- Airport IN-OUT transfers include 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person. Excess baggage or reduced mobility must be reported in advance.
- Tickets may be physical or digital (app/QR). Guaranteed in pairs (2 by 2). Delivery or digital dispatch may take place up to 24 hours prior to the event.
- Rates subject to change without notice. Event rescheduling or suspension due to force majeure by the organizers does not warrant package refund.
