Operating Regulations:

• The event date may change, be moved earlier, postponed, or modified by decision of the organizer. Our Company is not responsible for such changes.
• Prices are in US dollars, non-refundable, per person according to the occupancy selected.
• For Argentine residents traveling within Argentina, the policy covers only event cancellation or rescheduling.
• The double occupancy rate applies only to two passengers traveling together.
• Bookings are confirmed upon full payment and carry a 100% penalty. Rescheduling due to force majeure does not entitle passengers to a refund.
• Included In / Out transfers allow one piece of luggage and one personal item per person. Additional luggage must be advised in advance.
• At events and shows, it may be necessary to walk long distances or climb stairs. Passengers with reduced mobility must advise this in advance.
• Rates may be adjusted in the event of sharp exchange-rate fluctuations.
• Tickets may be physical, electronic, or downloadable through a mobile application. Delivery may take place up to 24 hours before the event.
• The value printed on the ticket is not binding on the final sale price, which may include management, delivery, and tax costs.
• Tickets are guaranteed in pairs and may be located in the same row or in consecutive rows.
• To request a booking, the passenger's full details, a copy of the passport, and a contact phone number are required.
