Operating Regulations:
- Match dates are tentative and may be rescheduled by the organizers one day earlier, one day later, or postponed; the agency is not liable for scheduling changes.
- Reservations are confirmed upon full payment and are non-refundable with a 100% cancellation penalty.
- Double room rates apply only to two passengers traveling together.
- For Argentine residents, mandatory VAT must be added (USD 45 in double occupancy, USD 90 in single occupancy). NOW travel insurance does not cover Argentine residents.
- NOW TOTAL 100 travel assistance covers travelers up to 75 years old inclusive (travelers 76+ require a surcharge, over 85 cannot be covered).
- Airport IN-OUT transfers include 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person. Excess baggage must be notified in advance.
- Stadium transfers may involve walking significant distances and climbing stairs from the vehicle drop-off area to the seats. Guests with reduced mobility must notify in advance.
- Tickets may be delivered physically or digitally up to 24 hours prior to the match. A smartphone with internet access is required for digital app/QR tickets.
