Operating Regulations:
- Resort fees, gratuities, meals, and any personal expenses not specified in the inclusions are not included.
- Net rates per person in US Dollars (USD), subject to modification and availability at the time of confirmation.
- The package is strictly non-refundable with 100% cancellation penalty once confirmed.
- Event dates are subject to change (one day earlier, later, or postponed) by tournament organizers.
- Airport transfers include allowance for 1 luggage and 1 personal item per person; excess baggage must be reported in advance.
- Transfers to the stadium may require walking considerable distances and taking stairs from the drop-off area; passengers with reduced mobility must notify in advance.
- Tickets are guaranteed in adjacent pairs. Formats may include physical badge/card, mobile transfer, or digital app wallet (delivered up to 24 hours prior to the session).
- NOW TOTAL 100 insurance covers travelers up to 75 years of age; travelers 76 and older require an extra surcharge and travelers over 85 cannot be insured. Trip cancellation coverage requires insurance issuance within 72 hours of flight ticketing.
