Operating Regulations:

• The event date may change by one day earlier, one day later, or be postponed. Our Company is not responsible for changes made by the organizer.
• Net rates in US dollars, per person according to the selected occupancy.
• Rates are non-refundable and bookings are confirmed upon full payment.
• The double occupancy rate applies only to two passengers traveling together.
• The applicable tax must be added for Argentine passengers according to the selected occupancy.
• For Argentine residents traveling within Argentina, travel assistance covers only event cancellation or rescheduling.
• Transfers from or to Ezeiza are quoted per person and per way.
• Round-trip event transfers are quoted per person per day.
• Optional activities are subject to availability.
• The Campanópolis excursion operates only from Wednesday through Saturday.
• Included airport transfers allow one piece of luggage and one personal item per passenger. Additional luggage must be advised in advance.
• Event transfers may require long walks and the use of stairs. Passengers with reduced mobility must advise this before booking confirmation.
• Some services may be contracted in currencies other than the US dollar. A sharp exchange-rate fluctuation may result in rate adjustments.
• Tickets may be physical, electronic, or downloadable through a mobile application. A smartphone with internet access is required to display digital tickets.
• For physical tickets, Our Company will determine and coordinate the delivery place and time at the destination. Electronic tickets may be delivered up to 24 hours before the event.
• The value printed on a ticket is not binding on its sale price, as management, shipping, delivery, and tax costs may be included.
• Tickets are guaranteed in pairs: they may be together in the same row or in consecutive rows.
• To process a booking, the passenger's full details, passport copy, and contact phone number may be requested.
