Operating Regulations:

• Event dates may change, one day earlier, one day later, or even be postponed. The Company is not responsible for changes made by the organizers.
• Prices are in US dollars, per person, according to the occupancy type selected. Subject to change without prior notice. Bookings are confirmed upon full payment, and the package is non-refundable, subject to a 100% penalty. A rescheduling of the event due to force majeure on the part of the organizers does not entitle the client to a refund of the package.
• Airport IN-OUT transfers allow for 1 checked bag and 1 personal item per person. If the passenger has more luggage than indicated, please notify us in advance.
• For packages that include transfers to the event, passengers will likely need to walk long distances from the vehicle drop-off point to the final location. In some cases, stairs must be climbed. If a passenger has reduced mobility, it is essential to inform us in advance.
• Ticket Conditions: Tickets may be season passes, physical tickets, e-tickets, or tickets downloaded via a mobile app (wallet pass, etc.). A smartphone with internet access is required. The Company is exempt from any responsibility if clients do not have a smartphone for digital tickets.
• If tickets are physical, the delivery location and time at the destination will be coordinated with passengers upon arrival. If electronic, via QR code, app, or other forwardable means, they will be sent in a timely manner. In both cases, delivery may take place up to 24 hours before the event.
• If tickets are physical, the Company will designate the delivery location and time.
• The price printed on the ticket is not binding on the sale price, as management, shipping/delivery, and tax costs are included. The client accepts that no claim may be made regarding the price.
• We guarantee tickets in pairs, 2 by 2: they may be together in the same row, or in the row in front or behind. At the time of booking, please provide: full passenger details, a copy of the passport, and a contact phone number.
