Arrival at Jorge Newbery Aeroparque Airport or Buenos Aires Port and shared transfer to Hotel EFE & Cowork or similar. Hotel check-in, complimentary bottle of wine per room, and rest of the day at leisure to explore the city.
Karol G Concert Day at River Plate Stadium
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day at leisure or to join optional city excursions. At the coordinated time, transfer to River Plate Stadium to experience Karol G live in concert. After the concert, return transfer back to the hotel.
Check-out & Departure Transfer
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. At the scheduled time, transfer to Aeroparque Airport or Port for your departure journey.

Operating Regulations:
- Event dates are subject to change by one day before, one day after, or rescheduling; the agency is not responsible for modifications set by event organizers.
- Net rates in USD, non-refundable, with 100% cancellation penalty once confirmed. Event rescheduling due to force majeure does not qualify for refund.
- Double room rates apply strictly to 2 passengers traveling together.
- NOW TOTAL 100 insurance for Argentine residents traveling domestically covers solely the Event cancellation or rescheduling clause. Valid for travelers up to 75 years old inclusive (76+ pay supplement; 85+ not eligible).
- To validate multi-cause trip cancellation coverage, the policy must be issued within 72 hours of flight ticketing or vice versa.
- In/Out transfers include 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person; excess baggage must be advised in advance.
- For event transfers, passengers may need to walk extended distances or navigate stairs from vehicle drop-off zones to stadium seats; inform in advance if travelers have reduced mobility.
- Program is subject to rate fluctuations for operational components quoted in currencies other than US Dollars.
