Operating Regulations:

• The event date may change, be moved earlier, postponed, or otherwise modified at the organizer's discretion. Our company is not responsible for such changes.
• Net rates in US dollars, non-refundable, per person according to the selected occupancy.
• For Argentine residents traveling within Argentina, the policy covers only event cancellation or rescheduling.
• The double occupancy rate applies only to two passengers traveling together.
• Reservations are confirmed with full payment and carry a 100% cancellation penalty. A rescheduling due to force majeure does not entitle passengers to a refund.
• Included In/Out transfers allow for one piece of luggage and one personal item per person. Additional luggage must be reported in advance.
• At events and shows, it may be necessary to walk long distances or climb stairs. Passengers with reduced mobility should notify us in advance.
• Prices may be adjusted in the event of sudden exchange rate fluctuations.
• Tickets may be physical, electronic, or downloadable via a mobile app. Delivery may take place up to 24 hours before the event.
• The value printed on the ticket is not binding on the final sale price, which may include handling, delivery, and tax fees.
• Tickets are guaranteed in pairs and may be located in the same row or in consecutive rows.
• To request a booking, complete passenger details, a copy of the passport, and a contact phone number are required.
