• Tickets may be season passes, physical tickets, electronic tickets, or tickets downloaded via a mobile app (pass wallet, etc.), which requires the customer to have a phone with internet access in order to show the downloaded ticket. Our company is not liable if passengers do not have a compatible smartphone.
• We guarantee seating in pairs, two by two, which may be adjacent seats, diagonal, or in immediately consecutive rows.
• For firm confirmations, it is mandatory to provide complete passenger details, a copy of the passport, and a contact mobile phone number at the destination.
