• For stadium transfers and entry, passengers will need to walk considerable distances from the authorized drop-off point to the corresponding entrances. Please notify us in advance of any passengers with reduced mobility.
• Tickets may be season passes, physical tickets, electronic tickets, or tickets to download via a mobile app (pass wallet, etc), which requires the client to have a phone with internet access in order to show the downloaded ticket. Our Company is exempt from any responsibility if passengers do not have a compatible smartphone.
• We guarantee seating in pairs, two by two, which may be adjacent seats, diagonal, or immediately consecutive rows.
• For firm confirmations, it is mandatory to provide full passenger details, a copy of the passport, and a local contact phone number.
