Program Schedule
Arrival in London and Check-in
Arrival at London Heathrow Airport (LHR). Included transfer to Holiday Inn Regent's Park (or similar) and check-in. Remainder of the day at leisure to rest or visit the Marathon Expo to collect the race bib kit.
Pre-race Preparation Day
Breakfast at the hotel. Day before the race to finalize preparations, hydrate, take light walks around the city, and rest ahead of the big day.
London Marathon Race Day
Breakfast at the hotel. Independent transit to the starting line. Participation in the 2027 London Marathon running past London's most iconic landmarks. Post-race celebrations and return to the hotel.
Check-out and Departure Transfer
Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out and included departure transfer to London Heathrow Airport (LHR) for your return flight or onward journey.

Operating Regulations:
- Net rates in US Dollars, subject to change without prior notice.
- Bookings are confirmed upon 100% full payment and are non-refundable with a 100% cancellation penalty.
- Event dates may vary (one day earlier, one day later, or postponed). Latinoamérica Sport Travel is not liable for changes or force majeure by event organizers; rescheduling does not warrant a refund.
- Airport IN/OUT transfers include 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person. Excess luggage must be reported in advance.
- For sports events, guests may need to walk long distances or climb stairs from drop-off points to venue locations. It is essential to report reduced mobility in advance.
- Tickets/entries may be issued as physical passes or digital tickets (QR/App) up to 24 hours prior to the event. For physical delivery, LST designates a meeting point in destination. Digital tickets require a smartphone with internet access.
- When requesting a booking, complete traveler details, passport copy, and contact phone number must be submitted.
- NOW Total 100 travel coverage applies to travelers aged 75 and under. Passengers aged 76 and older are subject to a surcharge (persons over 85 are not eligible). For trip cancellation coverage to apply, the policy must be issued within 72 hours of flight issuance or vice versa.
