Operating Regulations:
- Does not include transfers to the venue, unlisted meals, gratuities, or personal expenses.
- Event dates are subject to change by the organizers (one day before, one day after, or postponed). The agency is not responsible for official organizer changes.
- Net rates in US dollars per person based on chosen hotel and occupancy, subject to change without prior notice.
- Bookings are confirmed upon 100% payment and are strictly non-refundable. Force majeure event rescheduling does not entitle a refund of the package.
- Airport transfers include 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per passenger; excess baggage must be reported in advance.
- NOW Total 100 travel insurance covers passengers up to 75 years of age; passengers aged 76+ require an extra supplement (travelers over 85 cannot be covered). Trip cancellation coverage requires policy issuance within 72 hours of flight ticketing or vice versa.
- Tickets may be mobile/electronic (QR / Pass Wallet on a smartphone with internet access) or physical to be collected at a designated meeting point up to 24 hours prior to the show.
- Tickets are guaranteed in adjacent pairs (same sector, side-by-side or immediate front/back row). Full passenger details, passport copy, and contact number are required upon booking.
