MotoGP – Free Practice Sessions

Breakfast at the hotel. Exclusive transfer to the Oscar y Juan Gálvez Circuit to enjoy the first practice day of the Argentina Grand Prix. Return transfer to the hotel after track activities conclude.

MotoGP – Qualifying and Sprint Race

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning transfer to the circuit. Crucial qualifying sessions followed by the action-packed MotoGP Sprint Race. Return transfer to the hotel.

MotoGP – Argentina Grand Prix Race Day

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Oscar y Juan Gálvez Circuit for the main Grand Prix race day across all classes. Return transfer to the hotel after podium celebrations.

Operating Regulations:

  • Net rates in US dollars per person based on the selected occupancy. Non-refundable package with 100% penalty.
  • Rates include VAT and apply exclusively to Argentine travelers. For Argentine residents traveling within Argentina, the NOW TOTAL 100 policy only covers event cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Double room rates apply strictly to two passengers traveling together.
  • Event dates are subject to change, postponement, or rescheduling by event organizers without liability to the agency.
  • Airport/port transfers allow one standard suitcase and one personal item per person; excess luggage must be notified in advance.
  • Circuit transfers may require walking substantial distances and navigating stairs from drop-off areas to seats; passengers with reduced mobility must notify us in advance.
  • Tickets may be delivered in physical or mobile/digital format (app/wallet/QR code) up to 24 hours prior to the event. Paired seating is guaranteed side-by-side or immediate rows.
