Operating Regulations:
- Event dates may vary by one day earlier, one day later, or even be postponed. Our Company is not responsible for changes made by the organizers.
- The Hard Rock Bet Fanzone offers the chance to watch the driver introductions, see the cars up close, enjoy Q&A sessions, sign the finish line, and walk the track. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
- Net rates, per person according to the selected occupancy.
- Tickets may be downloadable via a mobile app (pass wallet, etc.), so clients need a smartphone with internet access. Our Company is exempt from any liability if clients do not have a smartphone.
- If tickets are physical, the pickup location and time at the destination will be coordinated with passengers upon arrival. If electronic, they will be sent in due time. This may take up to 24 hours before the event.
- The price printed on the ticket is not binding as the sale price, since management, shipping-delivery, and tax expenses are included. The client accepts that no claim can be made in this regard.
- We guarantee tickets in pairs, two by two: they may be together in the same row, or in the row immediately in front or behind.
