Operating Regulations:

• Match dates may shift between Saturday, Sunday, or Monday due to TV broadcast schedules. Our Company is not responsible for rescheduling by the organizers.
• Prices are in US dollars, per person, according to the hotel occupancy type selected.
• IN-OUT transfers allow for one hand bag and one standard suitcase per person. Excess luggage must be coordinated and notified in advance.
• Transfers and stadium access require walking considerable distances from the authorized drop-off point to the corresponding entrances. Please notify us in advance of any passengers with reduced mobility.
• Tickets may be season passes, physical tickets, e-tickets, or tickets downloaded via a mobile app (wallet pass, etc.), which requires the client to have a phone with internet access in order to show the downloaded ticket. Our Company is exempt from any responsibility if passengers do not have a compatible smartphone.
• We guarantee seating in pairs, two by two, which may be adjacent seats, diagonal seats, or immediately consecutive rows.
• For firm confirmations, it is mandatory to provide full passenger details, a copy of the passport, and a local contact phone number.
• In the case of tickets, the price printed on them is not binding on the sale price, as management, shipping/delivery, and tax costs are included. The client accepts and consents to this purchase, acknowledging that no claim may be made.
