Operating Regulations:

• The event date may change, be moved earlier or later, or be modified at the organizer's discretion. Our Company is not responsible for such changes.
• Net rates in US dollars, non-refundable, per person, based on the selected occupancy.
• For Argentine residents traveling within Argentina, the policy covers only event cancellation or rescheduling.
• The double occupancy rate applies only to two passengers traveling together.
• Reservations are confirmed with full payment and carry a 100% penalty. Rescheduling due to force majeure does not entitle the client to a refund.
• The included In / Out transfers allow one piece of luggage and one personal item per person. Additional luggage must be reported in advance.
• At events and shows, it may be necessary to walk long distances or climb stairs. Passengers with reduced mobility must report this in advance.
• Prices may change in the event of sharp exchange rate fluctuations.
• Tickets or passes may be physical, electronic, or downloadable through a mobile app. Delivery may take place up to 24 hours before the event.
• The price printed on the ticket is not binding on the final sale price, which may include management, delivery, and tax costs.
• Tickets are guaranteed in pairs and may be seated in the same row or in consecutive rows.
• To request a reservation, full passenger details, a copy of the passport, and a contact phone number are required.
