Operating Regulations:

• Match dates may change, one day earlier, one day later, or even be postponed. Our Company is not responsible for changes made by the organizers.
• Net rates in US dollars, per person, according to hotel category and occupancy type selected. Subject to modification and change without prior notice.
• Double-occupancy rates apply only to 02 passengers traveling together.
• Travel assistance does not apply to Argentine passengers.
• Our Company is not responsible for the suspension and/or date change of the event. Bookings are confirmed upon full payment, with the package being non-refundable and subject to a 100% penalty.
• A rescheduling of the event due to force majeure on the part of the organizers does not warrant a refund of the package.
• In / Out airport transfers, when included in the program, allow for 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person. If a passenger has more luggage than indicated, they must inform us in advance so it can be arranged.
• For packages that include transfers to the event, passengers will likely need to walk long distances from the point where vehicles arrive to their final location. In some cases, they may need to climb stairs. If a passenger has reduced mobility, it is essential to inform us in advance.
• Important information: this program may include costs in currencies other than the US dollar. In the event of a sudden exchange rate fluctuation, dollar amounts may vary accordingly.
• Ticket Conditions: Tickets may be season passes, physical tickets, electronic tickets, or tickets to download via an app on your phone (pass wallet, etc), which requires the client to have a phone with internet access in order to show the downloaded ticket. Our Company is exempt from any liability if clients do not have a smartphone in cases where tickets must be downloaded through the app.
• If tickets are physical, the delivery location and time at the destination will be coordinated with passengers upon arrival. If they are electronic, with a QR code, app, or other forwardable method, they will be delivered in due time. In both cases, delivery may take place up to 24 hours before the match.
• If tickets are physical, Our Company will designate the date and place of delivery.
• The price shown on the ticket is not binding with regard to the sale price, since handling fees, shipping/delivery costs, and taxes are included. The client accepts and consents to this purchase and to the impossibility of any claim regarding the price.
• We guarantee tickets in pairs, 2 by 2: they may be together in the same row, or in the row in front or behind, but together.
• When requesting a booking, you must provide: the passenger's full details, a copy of their passport, and a contact phone number.
