Operating Regulations:
- Net rates in US dollars per person based on chosen room occupancy, subject to modification and change without prior notice.
- Bookings are confirmed upon full payment and are non-refundable with 100% penalty. Event rescheduling due to force majeure does not warrant a refund.
- NOW TOTAL 100 travel assistance applies to persons aged 75 and under. Passengers aged 76 to 85 must pay a surcharge. Persons over 85 are not eligible.
- To qualify for the travel cancellation coverage, insurance must be issued within 72 hours of flight ticket issuance or vice versa.
- This package may involve costs in currencies other than USD; sudden foreign exchange fluctuations may affect the final rate in USD accordingly.
- Airport transfers (when included or added) allow 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person. Excess luggage must be notified in advance.
- For packages with event transfers, passengers may need to walk long distances and climb stairs from drop-off areas. Please notify any reduced mobility in advance.
