Operating Regulations:
- Net rates in US dollars per person based on chosen occupancy, subject to change without prior notice.
- Event dates may vary by one day before, one day after, or be postponed by the organizers.
- Package is 100% non-refundable. Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Event rescheduling due to force majeure does not warrant refunds.
- Package does NOT include transfers to the venue in Boom, meals not mentioned, tips, or personal expenses.
- Airport transfers allow 1 suitcase and 1 personal item per person. Excess luggage must be reported in advance.
- NOW Total 100 travel assistance covers passengers up to 75 years of age inclusive; travelers aged 76 and older require an extra surcharge.
- To apply for trip cancellation under the NOW Total 100 coverage, issuance must take place within 72 hours of flight ticketing or vice versa.
