Arrival in São Paulo & Check-in
Arrival at Guarulhos International Airport (GRU). Meet & greet and private transfer to Hotel Nacional Inn Jaraguá 4* or similar. Check-in and remaining day at leisure to rest or explore São Paulo.
Xuxa Concert Day at Nubank Parque
Breakfast at hotel. Free morning/afternoon. At the scheduled time, private transfer to Nubank Parque to enjoy the Xuxa live concert with your selected ticket. After the show, private transfer back to the hotel.
Check-out & Airport Transfer
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. At the agreed time, private transfer to Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) for your departure flight. End of services.
Additional Inclusions Detail
Operating Regulations:
- Net rates per person in US Dollars, subject to change and availability without prior notice.
- Bookings are confirmed upon 100% payment; non-refundable package with 100% cancellation penalty.
- Event dates are subject to change by the organizers (one day before, one day after, or postponement). Latinoamérica Sport Travel is not liable for organizer changes, and rescheduling due to force majeure does not qualify for refunds.
- Airport IN/OUT transfers include 1 checked suitcase and 1 personal item per person; excess baggage must be reported in advance.
- Concert transfers require walking distances from drop-off areas and potentially climbing stairs to venue seating; please notify in advance if any traveler has reduced mobility.
- Travel insurance covers travelers up to 75 years old inclusive; ages 76 to 84 require an additional surcharge, and passengers over 85 cannot be covered. To activate the multi-cause cancellation policy, insurance must be issued within 72 hours of flight ticketing or vice-versa.
- Booking requests must include complete traveler information, passport copies, and contact phone numbers.
